Our take
This ASRock monitor surprised me with its deep blacks thanks to the VA panel—3000:1 contrast is great for dark scenes in games and movies. The 240Hz and 1ms responsive feel snappy, and the curve adds a touch of immersion. However, VA panels have slower pixel transitions than IPS, so there's some black smearing in dark areas. The anti-glare coating is nice for bright rooms. For $175, it's a good deal if you prefer contrast over color accuracy. The stand is functional but not height-adjustable.
